SafeTrain (and its sister company HS&E Risk Services) have provided OHS and environmental consultancy services, training and auditing to Australian business since 2002.

The principal of SafeTrain, Cristian Sylvestre, is a safety and environmental professional with over 20 years of front line industry experience in companies like Shell and ICI.

SafeTrain is the sole provider of the SafeStart Human Error Prevention program in Australia.

SafeStart helps you address unintentional and habitual ‘at risk’ behaviours that people are involved in every day of their lives. These are the ‘at risk’ behaviours that cannot be ‘decided away’ by the individual.

It is an aspect of safety management that does not get addressed by safety management systems, safety leadership or behaviour based safety. That’s why organisations find it so difficult to reach ‘zero harm’.
