SafeTrain offers a number of specific services designed to assist with implementing the SafeStart suite of products at your workplace. The standard approach of implementing SafeStart has been successful with almost 2 million people. Although there is some flexibility to cater to specific issues at a workplace, it needs to be noted that wholesale changes are not recommended. SafeTrain has the capability to do the entire SafeStart implementation at the workplace. Some workplaces prefer SafeTrain to conduct all the training on their behalf. However, SafeStart has been designed to be able to be implemented by workplace staff with a minimum of assistance from SafeTrain. SafeTrain can also train your staff to conduct any of the SafeStart training (apart from the first session) and is available to provide any assistance required throughout the four year implementation period. Health ChecksWe recommend annual "health checks" for your organisation, so that we can help ensure that SafeStart principles and practices are being most effectively implemented throughgout your site. This involves a 1 day visit by a SafeStart consultant to help you evaluate your progress and recommend improvements if required. It is widely known that safety gets managed best when the people on the ground manage it. So, SafeTrain’s philosophy is to pass on to the client the skills necessary for them to be able to be as self-sufficient as possible managing safety.
