The Leaders' Initiation sessions are designed to explain to management the SafeStart concepts so they can support and encourage the program, as well as to identify what they can do personally to ensure its success.

Being a leader means going first, so they need to be prepared to attend the SafeStart training themselves, and take every opportunity to share how SafeStart is helping them at work, at home, or on the road.
