SafeStart has been designed to ensure that the learning experience continues for sufficient time to maximise sustainability. SafeStart has sufficient training materials to last four years. Your company can do as much or as little as you need. SafeStart is not just about providing knowledge, it is about enrolling people to make changes to the way they think about what they do and how they do it from a safety perspective. The acquisition of new skills and the changing of existing habits will take a little time and effort to master. Support and reinforcement from managers, supervisors and colleagues all help the process. SafeStart has sufficient training materials to last four years.
